There are coded keys/speed instruction of potentio meter/, the electrode will softly start by speed slope of integral curve. The design gist is according to the slope time: In which there is no slip for the belt.
The up one level speed will transfer to the input end of speed adjuster, the speed adjuster has two ports,one is the feedback of electrical machinery (The functions of sampling voltage and frequency is the setting valve of rotating speed), in this period of speed adjusting, PID adjusting is used . Among:
1.Adjuster P controls the response speed, to fit the inertia character of turntable, also setting related coefficient and rotate plate GD2.
2.Adjuster I acts as stabilization precision of system, it's the most important adjuster for disc system.
3.Adjuster D function:
Due totheinertiasystem of rotate plate,for some reasons, (such as inclined disc, concentric error or shaking),
4.Adjuster D will reverse to control in advance when the rotate plate is overshoot. We call it controller in advance.
So under the function of speed adjuster, meanwhile making sure the rotate plate is stable, the speed adjuster has initiative and pre-control characters when there was disturbance of outside.
The time of adjuster’s operating cycle is controlled within 100ms. It fits the demand of disc.
In the system of speed adjuster, sampling voltage will limit the amplitude, so there is over voltage protection for electrical machinery. The other port of speed adjuster is compensation of rotating speed, it is assembled on the thread 1024 incremental encoder of the rotate plate. It can check the speed of rotate plate.
If the speed is changing because of belt creep or other reasons,it will compensate this port, means speed will be super position with the previous speed.
The rotate disc will be adjusted without difference.
For permanent magnet synchronous motor, because power factor is 1, so the current regulator is the finalelement to get the disc stable, actually it accomplished by torque adjuster, it's outside of speed ring.
The previous speed adjuster outputs different speed (speed instruction/ speed feedback/the result of velocity compensation), will be transferred to the port of current regulator, while the other port is current feedback, accepting the information of sampling current. It will touch the swatch of electrical machine loop directly to control the electrical machine by the function of current regulator(PI).
The response time of inner ring is less than 250us,
The response time of current regulator is less than 67us, and torque ring has electric stream line range, so electrical machinery will be over current protected.

Rotate plate has 3 kinds of material, everyone has different inertia damp.
Below are the materials:
1.Casting alloy copper disc (weight 15kg, machining precision is 0.005mm, maximum diameter with heart rate is +/-0.01mm).
2.Oxidation of aluminium alloy ( weight 10kg, machining precision is 0.005mm, maximum diameter with heart rate is+/-0.01mm)
3.Acrylic (weight 3kg, machining precision is 0.005mm, maximum diameter with heart rate is +/-0.01mm)
4.Light aluminium alloy (weight 6kg, machining precision is 0.005mm, maximum diameter with heart rate is +/-0.01mm),
And EIZZ can use special material according to costomer’s requirement.
Principal axis is very important part for amplifier in order to reach the goal that the disc rotates stable, and make sure the disc minimum shaking, EIZZ has studied and practiced for more than 4 years.
First we used high hardness mirror oxidation aluminium as material for principal axis,(Rockwell hardness is HRA85, just less than diamond).
Character: Very high mechanical strength, high wear proof, corrosion resistance, there is no abrasion while normal using, machining precision is ±0.002mm.
The cover for principal axis is made from alloy copper, high wear proof, produced by CNC from Japan, precision is ±0.003mm, also used EIZZ’s own design.
Automatic pump system:
The design of base should reduce disturbance from outside as much as possible, to reduce syntonic degradation,make sure there is good damping performance .
EIZZ used 7055 aviation aluminium plate, made by precision machining CNC, turntable, and hang system. So it can reach reasonable resonant frequencies.
Meanwhile there are 3 times shock absorption:
1.First 4 legs were used ceramic balls;
2.Then usedmultilayersteel plate;
3.At last, used hanging wire spring from base, it also can make it balance.
Outside shaking can be isolated by the above three ways.

Following MC electronic valve ,nice and tidy profile, try to get rid of all the elements which could influence the effect.
The traditional phonograph amplifier, most of them used 40dB RIAA, which can smoothly play, meanwhile the output port of MM was added 20dB flat amplification stage, it's 60dB more than before.
This amplification stage is even a simple part, normally called MC preposition amplification stage or double preposition amplification stage, but EIZZ has developed different pickup.
Two-stages of amplification can be enlarged, and they work stable, MM and MC use active amplifier line, same property.
